Java Recruiting Group

FAQ · Before the brief

Ask this before you send a list.

Short answers from the public record and the way this desk describes a search.

01

Who do you search for?

Java programmers and developers, project managers, Java engineers, software architects, and CTOs. The desk is a Houston practice founded in 2014, aimed at Java talent rather than generalist staffing.

02

Do you do contract work and direct hire?

Yes. The public description says both contract and direct placement. The engagement type, duration, and whether conversion exists are part of the first note.

03

Will I know the company name?

That is the published standard: the candidate knows the target company. A search that cannot name the employer is not how this desk introduces people.

04

Do you publish placement rates or client case studies?

No. The firm’s public description names organizations it has been proud to work with. This site does not turn those names into metrics or placement stories.

05

How should a candidate start?

Write [email protected] with the stack, the domain, and whether you want contract, direct, or either. A résumé can follow. Feedback is the promise. An offer is not.

06

How should an employer start?

Call (281) 886-8600 or use the contact form. Name the seat, the stack, the company, and whether the search is contract or direct.

07

Where are you based, and how large is the desk?

Houston, Texas, at 2828 Rogerdale Road, Suite 83. The profile supplied for this site lists 2–10 employees. The same profile lists the organization type as a public company. No exchange ticker appears in the materials used here.

08

Who launched the firm?

The public description says David Fillpot launched Java Recruiting Group. His later public profile lists a different company in Tulsa. This site records the launch credit and does not invent a current operating biography.
